Hi! I’m Kiley and I'm a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to helping families navigate the joys and challenges of early childhood development.

Growing up on the North Shore of Chicago instilled in me a deep appreciation for community and the power of supportive relationships. I earned my undergraduate degree in Special Education from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and continued my journey at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, where I completed my master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. With 10 years of experience working with children and families, I have come to thoroughly enjoy helping guide them through crucial stages of growth and development.

My approach is rooted in empathy and partnership, working closely with families to create personalized strategies that empower children to reach their fullest potential. There's nothing more rewarding to me than witnessing my clients, both children and parents alike, achieve new milestones and build confidence as they develop skills for greater independence. Every step, no matter how small, is a Triumph, and I’m grateful to be part of these journeys, supporting each family with care, understanding, and a commitment to seeing their child succeed.
